Certified Fitness Trainers and Personal Coaches

I am a B.Ed. certified coach with experience in CrossFit, Personal Training, and Nutrition. Since 2015 I've been fortunate to be able to guide people to become the best version of themselves. I have experience with gymnastics, dance, volleyball, and beach volleyball, and have multiple certifications including CF-L2, PN1, NCI2, HMCC, ISSA-CPT, and CP3.

My personal and professional experience is in strength building, endurance capacity, mobility, sustainable fat loss, recovery techniques, mindset exercises, autoimmune hypothyroid, peri-menopause, anxiety and postpartum depression.
